I designed and worked on over six restaurants for Walt Disney Imagineering. Although not the lead designer, I had the opportunity to work and learn from an incredibly talented group of architects at JBI. This included four different restaurants at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, USA and two for Tokyo DisneySea.
Long hours and crazy schedules were the norm, but this experience taught me the basis for good design and shaped the way I approach all my future hospitality and interior design projects.
